Do i look happy here? Yes i do, but do i feel good? Not really. To able to get to this level of body fat, i have to restrict my calories, restrict my carbs. I felt listless and restless ALL THE TIME. Sure i loved how i look but i don't love how i felt. I was so antisocial, i cancelled plans with my friends because i couldn't eat out with them, or because i felt so drained to socialise.
